Clarity Hosts Inaugural Client Summit for Healthcare Providers

Clients Welcomed to Madison for Collaborative Event

Madison, CT (September 23, 2014) - Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., leading healthcare plan communications provider was honored to host its inaugural Client Summit, September 16 - 18. Joined by twenty clients representing twelve healthcare providers, Clarity was able to gain first hand feedback and openly discuss the future of the business. The three day event was filled with informative, collaborative sessions and provided the opportunity for clients to get to know the Clarity staff first hand.

“We were excited for the opportunity to host this event”, said Sean Rotermund, President and CEO, Clarity Software Solutions. “We value our clients and appreciate their willingness to travel to Connecticut to participate. Over the three day period we were able to share out information and then work together to determine what we can do to help them be more successful.”

Highlights from the event included a keynote speech from James Mapes, the founder of Quantum Leap Thinking™, three interactive sessions led by Clarity’s executive staff and a picnic lunch at Clarity Commons with a grand tour of the facility. The sessions covered several topics that focused on Clarity products, technology and partnership opportunities. All three being important topics of conversation for Clarity’s clients.

Steve Mongelli, Chief Revenue Officer stated, “It’s important to Clarity that we continue to enhance our services and provide our clients with the tools they need to communicate with their members. By bringing our clients together, not only were they able to network with each other, they were able to provide face to face feedback, which will ultimately contribute to the evolution of the Clarity brand.”

With plans to make the Summit an annual event, both Clarity clients and staff are excited for next year. They hope that the positive feedback from this event will spark interest in other clients to increase participation and bring additional healthcare professionals together to network and contribute in years to come.
