Senior Director, Sales Operations

Alex has over 17 years of experience working in technology organizations throughout various industries including HR BPO, banking, and healthcare. He joined Clarity in 2013 as a Business Analyst and quickly demonstrated an aptitude for leading and delivering software projects, ranging from client implementations to new product development. In recent years, Alex has focused on bridging the gap between sales and implementation, leading several teams within Clarity including sales engineering, client implementation, and now sales operations. As the Senior Director of Sales Operations, Alex represents the interests of the Sales team across the organization and is also responsible for the sales technology suite, sales processes, key sales KPIs and reporting, and sales enablement.

Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude from Bryant University with a concentration in computer information systems and a minor in psychology.
