Director, Client Experience
Mary joined Clarity in May 2011 as a Client Experience Manager bringing over 14 years of account management experience in business communication. In June of 2018, she was promoted to the Director of Client Experience after excelling in her existing leadership role.
As the Director of Client Experience, Mary manages our Client Account Analyst and Client Experience Specialist teams focused on providing strategic support to numerous health plan clients throughout the U.S. She leads the Client Experience team in building long lasting partnerships with every client while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team.
Prior to joining Clarity, Mary worked for RR Donnelley in an account management role supporting the Sales team. She was primarily responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and worked closely with the technical and production teams to ensure her clients’ expectations were met.
Mary is a graduate of the Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.
