As Executive Chair of Clarity’s board, Bill plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s growth, member engagement capability expansion, and overall business performance goals.
Bill brings a wealth of experience garnered from leadership roles across various healthcare companies, where he was instrumental in orchestrating turnarounds, improving operations, and expanding product and service lines. Notably, Bill served as CEO of MediMedia and its subsidiary, StayWell, the leading provider of data-driven patient education, health management, communications, and engagement solutions. Prior to that, Bill led businesses in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical services industries and served in interim leadership roles in the post-acute patient care sector.
Currently, Bill serves as a senior advisor to a healthcare-focused private equity firm and is deeply involved in the development and implementation of an innovative cancer patient management program. His non-profit endeavors include serving on the board of trustees for the Cancer Research Institute and holding board positions with Northwestern Memorial Foundation, Northwestern Medicine’s Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease Center, and North Shore Senior Center.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
