Sara joined Clarity in 2021 with over 12 years of healthcare industry experience, specializing in digital health technology, member engagement, and benefits administration communication.
Prior to Clarity, Sara worked for a mobile health startup as Director of Growth and Strategy to help improve automated communication for driving case coordination and better outcomes in the operating room. Prior to this, she built a customer success team at Orderly Health, where she worked directly with health plans to utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning services for improving customer service and provider search. Sara started her career (and passion) for member engagement at Virgin Pulse (formally RedBrick Health) where she held account management and business development roles working directly with employers and health plans to promote digital health and wellness programs.
As Clarity’s Senior Vice President of Account Management, Sara manages the team of account executives and account managers who lead strategic initiatives with health plans nationwide to enhance member communications through print and digital services and health engagement strategies using the Accelerate Member Engagement approach.
