Sean Rotermund is the Founder and Vice Chairman of Clarity Software Solutions and has piloted the company’s emergence from startup to the market leader in healthcare communications and engagement. Since 2007, the company has seen explosive year-over-year growth in revenue, client base, and staffing, earning Clarity a spot in Inc. Magazine’s annual Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for multiple years. Clarity has also been recognized in Deloitte’s Fast 500, Marcum’s Tech Top 40, and Red Herring’s Top 100.
Sean’s people-first philosophy is deeply rooted in his company. He relies on over 20 years of industry experience to drive Clarity’s rapid growth while maintaining the core values upon which the company was founded. Those core values center on a passion to exceed client expectations at all times and have resulted in tremendous loyalty and referral growth. While focused on the business, Sean has never lost sight of Clarity’s social responsibility. Clarity for Charity has supported dozens of causes and nonprofit organizations along the Connecticut shoreline since 2011.
In 2018, Sean was a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award, and while it was his name on the award, he credits his nomination to a dedicated and exceptional team. Sean is also very proud that Clarity has been consistently recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in CT and strives to continue earning this award.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Science from Bentley University.
