Clarity Software Solutions Completes Their Third Successful SOC 2 Type 2 Audit

Madison, CT (June 2, 2021) – Clarity Software Solutions, Inc., an industry-leading SaaS technology provider accelerating member engagement for healthcare organizations nationwide, announced they have completed their third SOC 2 Type 2 audit, with additional SOC 2 efforts underway for the 8/1/20-7/31/21 reporting period. The independent auditor’s opinion was that there are no exceptions or deviations that were important to note in the design and operating effectiveness during testing of Clarity’s controls, which has resulted in an unqualified report.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) created Service Organization Control 2 Type 2 (SOC 2 Type 2), as criteria that governs how service providers protect client information. SOC 2 is considered by many as the universal standard for secure and confidential information handling. This report is the best way to gain assurance about a company’s processes that effect the security of documents and data.
